This Festbier showcases a small run pilsner malt from barley that is locally grown on the peninsula, picked then malted by Voyager Craft Malt. It exhibits a mild sweet malty flavour reminiscent of sweet bread and a touch of honey. Supported by German Munich and Vienna malts and noble hops.
