Journeyman IPA
アメリカ、バージニア州に拠点を置くHardywood Park Craft Breweryとのコラボビール。ハーディウッドのレシピをベースに作り上げたWest Coast IPA。Appoloホップと3つのニュージーランド系ホップ（Motueka、NZ Cascade、Nelson Sauvin）を組み合わせ、松、白ぶどう、草原のようなアロマ、ライムやグレープフルーツのようなジューシーなフレーバーに。程よい苦味とクリーンな口当たりで、飽きのこないビールです。旅の途中でふらっとDD4Dに立ち寄り、ビールを作ってまた旅にでる。そんな風来坊との思い出が蘇ります。Brewer's Comment：We had the pleasure of brewing with Hayden from Hardywood Park Craft Brewery out of Richmond, Virginia a few weeks back. Honing in on our shared fondness of IPAs with character, we brewed a zippy west coast style IPA that combines Apollo, Columbus, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and NZ Cascade hops for maximum dank juiciness. Journeyman IPA refers to Hayden and Mike being true "journeyman" brewers, having brewed in numerous breweries around the world.
