Smog City Brewing Co.
Family-owned craft brewery founded in 2011 by husband-and-wife Laurie and Jonathan Porter, who set out to put craft beer at the center of Los Angeles food culture. The Torrance brewery and taproom opened in 2013 at 1901 Del Amo Blvd, and Smog City now runs taprooms across LA County including West Torrance, Long Beach and Glendora. The lineup spans crisp lagers, West Coast IPAs, porters and barrel-aged beers, and since 2017 the brewery has given 1% of sales to environmental non-profits through 1% for the Planet.
