One Drop Brewing Co. is an independent brewery in Botany, Sydney, that calls itself Australia's leading fruited sour brewery. Opened in 2019 (the same number as Botany's postcode), it is known for loaded smoothie, ice-cream, pastry and pulp sours alongside hazy and Cali IPAs, DIPAs and lagers, with a steady stream of new drops.
