Offshoot Beer Co.
Offshoot Beer Co. is the hop-forward sister brand of The Bruery in Placentia, California. Founder Patrick Rue once promised The Bruery would never brew an IPA, so in 2017 the brewers started Offshoot as an offshoot of The Bruery, their playground for fresh, fun, approachable hoppy beers in 16 oz cans. Its flagship is Relax [it's just a hazy IPA], joined year-round by Relax West Coast IPA, Relax Mango Hazy IPA and the Baja-style lager Viaje, plus a steady run of limited hazy and West Coast releases. Offshoot pours at the tasting room at 717 Dunn Way in Placentia, which has more than 40 draft options.
