Moonraker Brewing Co.
Moonraker Brewing Co. is an independent brewery in Auburn, California, in the Sierra foothills near Sacramento. Its brewery and taproom, The Pub, opened on Earth Day 2016 at 12970 Earhart Ave, and the brewery runs on an electric boiler and more than 1,100 solar panels, earning recognition as a sustainable business in the Sacramento region. Moonraker is known for award-winning hazy and West Coast IPAs and DIPAs, alongside Czech and German-style lagers, sours and mixed-fermentation beers. A second taproom and kitchen, Millhouse, is in Cameron Park, and the company also roasts coffee.
