Foam Brewers
Foam Brewers is an independent brewery on the Burlington, Vermont waterfront, founded in 2016 by an eclectic group of industry professionals with a shared appreciation for brewing, science, art, music and culture. Its original Lake Street brewery and taproom, in a historic brick building with a westward view over Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks, still brews almost all of its draft beer, and a second brewery, The Annex, operates in Hinesburg. Foam is known for hop-forward IPAs and DIPAs such as Built to Spill and Dead Wax, crisp lagers, fruited sours and an artist-series can programme with local artists.
