Pours a crystalline light amber topped with an off-white head. Aroma opens up to notes of pine forest, tropical fruit and cracker/malt/honey. Initial onslaught of pine, lemon, grapefruit, apricot and thyme hop flavors yields slightly to biscuit and dry cracker late on the palate. Hop-forward with a dry, lingering hoppiness in the finish.
