Hopfenweiss
Our unique twist on a German classic. We made this Hefe a hoppy-Hefe. This wheat ale glows like a jar of unfiltered honey in the summer sun. Aromas of banana pudding, clove, lemon zest, white pepper and freshly-baked wheat bread flow through your senses like a beach breeze. Flavors of banana bread, dried papaya and lemon zest wash over you like the tide. Lingering hop bitterness compliments the full-bodied mouthfeel of this brew.
