Rankin on Nitro
Rankin is our Farmhouse Imperial Stout aged in Westland ex-bourbon casks. Not only do we have the base beer available, but also two brand new variants, all clocking in around 13%. Aged for 6 months in Westland casks, this year’s batch is drier and boozier than past versions, with a rich and full mouthfeel. Luxuriant aromas of dark cocoa, vanilla bean, and salted toffee are enveloped by a woodsy funk and slight tartness from our house culture.
