Proto-Cosmos
The second in our series of seasonal ales with foraged ingredients (check out the Protosynthesis , the first in the series!). For this ale we've leaned into the wild and wonderful essence of elderflower, a delicate, fresh and slightly sweet flower. We've extracted subtle notes of white fruit, grapefruit and a touch of honey before backing this flavour profile up with lemon balm, an aromatic herb lending vibrant zesty oils and a herbaceous finish to round it all off. Made for longer days and brighter nights. Canned: 15/07/2026 BBE: 15/02/2027 3.4% ABV, 440ml℮
