Aged for 6 months, this blend of 1.5 and 3 year old base Foudre beer offers a bright base of vibrant tartness and sherbert-like acidity with layers of ripe and juicy nectarine overflowing with every sip. A touch of light vanilla and a subtle oak from ageing adds further complexity and balance to the tannic dryness, keeping you coming back for more. A bright, juicy and sharp barrel-aged sour beer.
