Haunted
A split batch West Coast DIPA exploring elevated classics & refined dankness. Taking cues from one of our favourite hop pairings, we’ve explored how dank, resinous varieties can be elevated within pine-forward profiles. For Haunted we've leaned into a different fruit-forward expression, highlighting the delicate white wine and crushed gooseberry characteristics of Nelson Sauvin. These are then perfectly complemented by the soft mango, blueberry, and earthy pine notes of Mosaic. Why not try the other half of this split batch?
