For All You Happy People
Same Wort. Same Hops. Different Yeast. Two soft and hazy pale ales brewed from the same wort and the same hop recipe, but fermented with two different yeast strains. The purpose is to explore how much the choice of yeast can change the character, aroma and perception of the same hops. Both For All You Happy People and I Have A Ghost, Now What? feature Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Krush Cryo. The difference comes from the fermentation. With the same wort and hops, Suava yeast allows us to explore a different expression of the recipe, putting more focus on the distinctive character of the hops. 440ml℮
