Beergarden Bramble
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Beergarden in Eugene to celebrate Eugene Beer Week, Beergarden Bramble was inspired by a classic blackberry bramble cocktail, one of our favorite summertime sippers! It started its life as a blend of sour ales that was aged in French Oak and then re-fermented on Oregon-grown blackberries before being finished in Old Tom gin barrels from Oregon’s Ransom Spirits. The botanical mix of juniper, cardamom, and citrus melds perfectly with the vibrant blackberry and hits all the right notes of a spritzy and refreshing summertime cocktail... er, beer... does it really matter as long as your glass is full and you're sitting somewhere in the sun?
